This is our signature Elevate Barre class. Each class consists of a warm up, sequences targeting specific muscle groups for the day with low impact cardio, and a cool down stretch.
What we love about this class: It’s low impact, which makes it the perfect option if you workout multiple times per week! It focuses on targeted strength training, and it’s an amazing full body workout each class!
